This new version makes it easier to create, edit, and present quotes, all while maintaining your agency’s brand identity. The goal is to make the process of preparing travel proposals more seamless.
A dashboard to track your activity
The platform now offers a clear, centralized dashboard that lets you quickly view your agency’s activity.
From this interface, you can track:
- recent quotes
- your customers
- the progress of your proposals
All the important information is gathered in one place to make it easier to organize and track quotes.
Get a quote in just one minute
Creating a quote has been simplified. All you have to do is describe the trip in free text : destination, dates, number of travelers, rates, activities, and budget. Artificial intelligence automatically generates an initial structured version of the quote, incorporating all the information provided and tailored to the customer’s preferences and needs.
Artificial intelligence compiles the provided information to create a structured quote, which the agent can modify and tailor to the client’s needs. Galdeo works just as well with minimal input as it does when reformatting a pre-planned itinerary and providing highly accurate pricing.
There are several ways to start a quote:
- write a description of the trip
- import an existing document
- or duplicate an existing quote to prepare a new proposal more quickly.
This approach makes it possible to adapt to the different ways agencies work.

Customize your quotes for your agency
Each agency can set up its own profile.
In the settings, you can add:
- your logo
- your profile
- your brand guidelines
- your legal information
- your Terms & Conditions
Once these elements are configured, they are automatically included in your quotes. This allows you to send your clients proposals that reflect your agency’s brand.
Edit your quote using a more flexible interface
Generated instantly, the quote can then be modified at any time using an interface designed to be clear and quick to use.
Agents can:
- Review activities and accommodations
- edit images
- view rates
- use their supplier directory
- add documents or useful information for travelers
Editing is done directly within the interface so that tailor each proposal to the customer and their trip.
Add your own photos
Visuals play an important role in presenting a trip.
Galdeo lets you add or edit images directly in the quote to tailor the presentation to your clients. You can replace the photos and add your own visuals.
The section Overview allows you to view and organize the contents of the quote.
Two display modes are available:
- Slider : a preview of the different slides in the quote
- Timeline : a detailed overview of the itinerary with travel information
These two views provide both an overview of the quote and what the customer will see, as well as quick access to the details.
In the section Pricing, the agent can manage all elements of the quote: accommodations, transportation, and activities.
This feature allows you to change prices. You can set your margin and automatically calculate the final price.
The pricing can be exported to Excel or PDFfor easy tracking.
The section Catalog section includes all the items in the travel proposal:
- Accommodations
- Activities
- Transportation
These two views provide a comprehensive view of the quote while making adjustments.
